Ready to Ditch the Paperwork? Let’s Work Together!

Gabriela Tavares

about me

I have offered transaction coordination services exclusively in Omaha for almost a year. Now, I’m excited to launch my own business.

We live in a world where everything needs to be automated, fast and efficient. I understand this demand, which is why I work following my protocols and task lists. However, we are still humans, and each transaction is unique.

Therefore, being respectful and empathic is vital to have a smooth close! A bad temper can ruin everything. That’s why I believe the best deals are done by people.

Benefits of working with me

Expect me to be ready to respond to emails and answer calls from third parties 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (from 9am CST to 5pm CST)!

Forget that Task List you never finished

I provide Task List Templates to all transactions I coordinate. That way, you now exactly what to do and when to do!

pay a fair price

My transaction coordination fee is one of the lowest in Omaha. But don’t worry, you’re paying me a pretty good amount because I live overseas. So we both win!
